WE BEGAN AS A TRUE NANO-BREWERY AND ONE-MAN OPERATION, BREWING ON A 2BBL SYSTEM 3-4 DAYS A WEEK. WE WERE ABLE TO PUMP OUT ABOUT 12 KEGS OF BEER EACH WEEK. WE QUICKLY OUTGREW OUR WAREHOUSE AND STARTED SEEKING A NEW SPACE TO UTILIZE A 10 BBL BREWHOUSE AND 20BBL FERMENTERS. OUR NEW LOCATION WILL BE LOCATED AT 96 NORTH KING STREET IN DOWNTOWN HONOLULU.
